Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog. My name is William Martin. I am a third year medical school student at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. I come from a family of blue collar workers who haven’t obtained much of an education, so I tried my best to set a new standard for myself and my family to come. As a medical student I do not have much free time, however some of my favorite activities are watching ice hockey, having brunch with friends, fishing, and volunteering at the LGBTQI+ youth center.
Speaking from a more political standpoint, I am very much an advocate for human rights. I believe as humans, everyone should be allowed to live the way they please under the condition that it is not in spite of another person or group of people, it is not with malicious intent, and it is not in a way that is to elevate in some type of societal or institutional status.
